General Conference Information

Make plans to attend the 52nd annual IACIS International Conference to be held in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA, from October 3-6! The program will include an array of paper sessions, round tables, and panel sessions. The IACIS program will provide an opportunity to grow professionally, visit with colleagues from around the world, and enjoy the fun and excitement surrounding the events and attractions located in Myrtle Beach.

The conference opens Wednesday evening, October 3, with a reception and registration. The program begins Thursday morning with a general session featuring a keynote speaker. Fun Night is scheduled for Thursday evening and will provide an opportunity to network with other conference participants during dinner.

The business luncheon will be at noon on Friday, October 5, and will include a brief business meeting, and presentation of awards, including the Computer Educator of the Year Award, the Ben Bauman Award for Excellence, the Jay Liebowitz Outstanding Student Research award, and the Outstanding Research Achievement award. recognition awards. The conference will end on Saturday, October 6, at noon with a conference debriefing session.
